Getting started with Job Umbrella

Job Umbrella brings your whole job search into one place: a profile, AI-tailored résumés, an application tracker, and job search across the major boards. Here’s the fastest path from sign-up to your first tracked application.

1. Create your account

Go to Sign up and register with your email and a password. It’s free, and you can start using the tracker immediately.

2. Build your profile

Your profile is the foundation for everything the AI does. On the Profile page you can enter your experience by hand or import an existing résumé and let the AI fill it in for you. See Build your profile for the details.

3. Explore the four core areas

• Résumés — generate an ATS-friendly résumé from your profile and tailor it to a specific job. See Create and customize your résumé.
• Applications & Board — add jobs and move them through your pipeline. See Track your job applications.
• Find Jobs — launch prefilled searches across 12 job boards from your profile. See Find jobs that match your profile.
• Browser extension — capture a posting into your tracker with one click. See Install and use the browser extension.

The recommended flow

For the smoothest experience: build your profile → generate target job titles → use Find Jobs to search → capture interesting roles with the extension → tailor a résumé to each one → track them through your pipeline. Everything connects, so each step makes the next easier.
